Benchmarking

From time to time, we are asked to carry out benchmarking exercises in the areas of recruitment and salary packages.  These prove to be very useful in providing up-to-date information on the current trends and practices.  There is no charge for carrying these out, it all depends on capacity at the time.  If you would like to be part of our benchmarking group , please contact Jackie Dawkins.  The results of these exercises are shared with the group.
