JACKIE DAWKINS (FIRP) – Director

Jackie started her recruitment career in 1986 and was a founding director of Cathedral Appointments in Exeter. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and a Trustee of the Devon Air Ambulance Trust.   Jackie has recruited for various sectors during her career in recruitment, specialising solely in the Charity sector since 2007.  She is passionate about providing a full and professional recruitment service to her clients and works closely with them to understand their requirements and the culture of their organisations.

ANNIE DAWKINS  - Intern 

Vaguely related to Jackie, Annie has taken a year out of full-time education to work with Shine and her photographic skills and ability to manage the finances have proved invaluable.  Hopefully, she will become a regular at our events over the next year.
